He came earlier than expected, but that wasn't a problem. Within minutes, he told me he had taken care of the yellow jacket nest, but I would need to wait 24 hours before all activity around the nest would stop. He was right. By the next morning, there wasn't a yellow jacket in sight. He also checked the rest of my property to make sure there were no more nests. I really appreciated that.

We originally scheduled terminex but they changed the date last minute (to a date we could not do) simply by emailing a new date, no explanation. It was difficult to reach them and when I finally did they said there was nothing that could be done. Mangan PI, on the other hand, answered their phone right away, scheduled next day service, showed up on time, and took care of the problem.
