"as the contractor i am in tears also. i have made every attempt to make this customer happy. the paint was benjamin moore one of the top paints in the world. we followed the contract to the letter and we were paid in full at the end of our job based on the customers complete satisfaction. only when she said it was good & have a 1 yr warranty. we offered to return to fix anything wrong and called the customer 50 times to try to see the defected areas. no return call by customer. the light plates were disposed of by the customer, they were broken.she said she would buy new. we stand behind our work & are willing to return to fix any defects."
