The technician was very courteous and friendly. He explained what was wrong. Even though it was late on Friday he responded within about 5 minutes and came first thing on Saturday. If I need an electrician again I will definitely call him

Mike from Royal Electric was such a pleasure to have in my home. He arrived on time, evaluated the job quickly, then performed the work in a professional manner. He cleaned up the area when he was finished and wrote up the invoice for the price he had quoted prior to performing the work. He was professional in his dress, his manners, and his work.
