Sales guy was good to close the job during his quote. Pushy a little... yes, but he did move on his price enough to leave with a confirmed bid. Glad I didnt take the first offer he gave me. Overall, I was really happy he got to a good price, but more important, he was able to get the job done within a few days of the meeting. Impressive! As for the install, they did awesome. They were a sub of the company I was expecting, but it didn t matter, they took a lot of pride to impress and not just to match the job quote.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
estimate was given within 24hrs of initial contact.workers were very professional (took pics before and after). I am pleased with work quality. I would hire again.

They were very high pressure when they came to bid the job. I asked them to do it anyway. Then they moved the agreed upon day from Friday to Saturday. Then they moved the time from 11:00 to 1:30. When they called to let me know they would be there around 2, they sounded as if they weren't sure what they were going to do. They had me measure the space between the rafters and then asked if they were also doing the walls. I called them back shortly after and let them know that something came up and they could call back at some point at try to reschedule. Probably NOT! They were not able to make the original agreed day and then couldn't make the new time the next day and then didn't seem to know what they were going to do when they got here.
Response by Mann Brothers Solutions: We dont need pressure our reputation speaks for itself and 99 percent of the time we are there exactly when we plan. I did call early in week ask would sat be ok instead of fri you said yes . I do apologize we did have to move it back to 130 and then he was late . In all fairness to my installer he was just trying to double check make sure he had the 24 on center right as to not waste any more time . He does like to confirm and sorry didnt mean for you to go down and look he figured you just knew off top of head double checking . sorry again. I tried calling you after you hung up on him when he said he was almost there. sorry again
