The salesperson was personable, but did the pressure sale of ?book now and get 15% off. I fell for it and booked. Day of installation the crew pulled up in a rental van. I was not expecting a subcontractor and it was disappointing. They were also personable. After they finished, they called the salesperson and handed the phone to me to make the final payment (50% up front, 50% when complete). It was odd to me. I felt like I could have been talking to anyone, he told me who he was but I would much preferred to get a final invoice then pay. It would also be great if they even just asked how it went. They are pretty high pressure sales. The rental van and call and pay did not sit well with me. In short a friendly team, but the rental van and call and pay did not sit well with me.

The final result was good. Supply chain issues led to many disappointments on getting the project wrapped up in a timely manner. Not the company’s fault but frustrating.

Cody and Robert were efficient, respectful of our home, and professional. They got the job done very quickly, used drop cloths, and vacuumed after they were done, and answered all our questions. Very impressed with how fast John was able to come out to give us a bid and that they could install a week later before the snow flies! Very pleased.

They did a nice job. Happy with the work. Recommend they utilize a dust shield or vacuum for drilling the dry wall holes. Dry wall dust always hard to clean up.

Both crews today were great

Used quality Johns-Manville insulation. Took great care in preparing for the job. Installation performed in about the time one would expect. Cleanup was thorough. The price was a few hundred higher than others.

James and Ramirez did a great job. They were professional and also cleaned up after themselves.

John had his crew come out October 16. They did an excellent job. In fact they should get a bonus for all the work they did. Service Today was out October 13th and to do there work the had to put 3 holes in my ceiling. The 2 guys used those holes to blow their insulation into my attic. Going over and above there work they boarded up the 3 holes. They were so professional to do this extra work. I was very impressed with them. When they left the 3 holes were boarded and had sheet rock in the ceiling. They even muded the ceiling sheet rock. When people help other people like this it is remarkable.
