Horrible job! They were hired for a move out deep cleaning. The young lady came first. I am not sure how long she stayed because the house was empty and I did not stay. When I went back, you could not tell she had been there. When I called, he was polite and promptly sent 2 more older ladies (one that is supposed to be the supervisor) to see the result. I pointed several items out to one of them and she nodded yes and they started cleaning. I left them again. I received a call later that afternoon telling me that they were finished but due to the condition of the house, they should have charged more. Well, I explained when I set the appointment that I was a Realtor scheduling a move out cleaning for my client home that previously housed renters. I also explained that the home was rather nasty and asked if he was sure that was the price. Anyway, the house was only serviceably better. They still did not clean the grease from behind the stove, clean baseboards, as well as cabinets, etc. I let it go as we were selling anyway but my client was NOT happy when she saw it. She is still mad about it! I would not recommend it unless it is for something very small.

sorry you have a bad experience. we undertand some house are very dirty than other. but some cases really need to get paint job done and dont expect cleaner to do miracles with it. my crew spends hours crawling cleaning your baseboard trying to make the job look better. after alot of time invested and still not get a happy custumer make as sad. people dont know how to value what other people do to but you got to understands the condition the house was. our job is cleaning to not to scrub every inch of the house and return to new. imposible.. thank you for you bussiness

Thieves! We hired this company for light move out cleaning. Light because the property and appliances had already been previously cleaned but due to having floors refinished there was sawdust left on walls and appliances had just been sitting. They sent one lady who stayed in the property for 2 hours and did absolutely nothing and then had to leave for a family emergency. When we checked her work we could only tell that she has washed her hands with our hand soap because the house smelled like it. They sent 2 other ladies later who stayed in the property for 4 hours for no more than 30 min worth of work and the sawdust was still all over the walls when we checked their work. Although this was mentioned as the main purpose of the cleaning during the phone consultation, the owner stated that they usually don't dust walls but would send someone back. This is during Covid-19 and I also shared with the owner that all of our Paper towels, antibacterial hand soap, Lysol spray, and hand sanitizer that we kept there for our guests during home tours were taken by the cleaning crew and the owner seemed very nonchalant about it as if it happens all the time and the items stolen were not replaced. Who does that? They were free to be used but you do not take things that you know you didn't come with. I would not trust them in my home. This was a vacant home so I can only imagine what may have been taken had it been furnished and occupied. I really wish I would have just taken the time to do the light cleaning myself for FREE.

I am sorry that you feel that our job was poor. my cleaners are well experience. they are not going to play around. please you forgot to say that we replenish the taking items. they did not steal that. when is a empty house we take everything out. plus you asked for discount we give it to you. we went back with out any hassle. plus we were flexible on the payment we wait for you 4 days to get paid. thank you. god bless you.
