Excellent cleaning service provided by Manna. The cleaning team was on time and cleaned our home from top to bottom with no breaks until completion of the job. Outstanding!!!

The owner Jose is very UNPROFESSIONAL and has TERRIBLE customer service. He sent me a nasty text message because I told him it was inconvenient for them to not show up when scheduled and to find out AFTER the missed appointment and me calling. I do no recommend because owner is DISRESPECTFUL.

Horrible job! They were hired for a move out deep cleaning. The young lady came first. I am not sure how long she stayed because the house was empty and I did not stay. When I went back, you could not tell she had been there. When I called, he was polite and promptly sent 2 more older ladies (one that is supposed to be the supervisor) to see the result. I pointed several items out to one of them and she nodded yes and they started cleaning. I left them again. I received a call later that afternoon telling me that they were finished but due to the condition of the house, they should have charged more. Well, I explained when I set the appointment that I was a Realtor scheduling a move out cleaning for my client home that previously housed renters. I also explained that the home was rather nasty and asked if he was sure that was the price. Anyway, the house was only serviceably better. They still did not clean the grease from behind the stove, clean baseboards, as well as cabinets, etc. I let it go as we were selling anyway but my client was NOT happy when she saw it. She is still mad about it! I would not recommend it unless it is for something very small.

Thieves! We hired this company for light move out cleaning. Light because the property and appliances had already been previously cleaned but due to having floors refinished there was sawdust left on walls and appliances had just been sitting. They sent one lady who stayed in the property for 2 hours and did absolutely nothing and then had to leave for a family emergency. When we checked her work we could only tell that she has washed her hands with our hand soap because the house smelled like it. They sent 2 other ladies later who stayed in the property for 4 hours for no more than 30 min worth of work and the sawdust was still all over the walls when we checked their work. Although this was mentioned as the main purpose of the cleaning during the phone consultation, the owner stated that they usually don't dust walls but would send someone back. This is during Covid-19 and I also shared with the owner that all of our Paper towels, antibacterial hand soap, Lysol spray, and hand sanitizer that we kept there for our guests during home tours were taken by the cleaning crew and the owner seemed very nonchalant about it as if it happens all the time and the items stolen were not replaced. Who does that? They were free to be used but you do not take things that you know you didn't come with. I would not trust them in my home. This was a vacant home so I can only imagine what may have been taken had it been furnished and occupied. I really wish I would have just taken the time to do the light cleaning myself for FREE.

I was so disappointed! As another reviewer stated, they arrived with supplies that look like the came from the Dollar store. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning, but they didn't even complete a regular cleaning. Many of the light switches, doors, and baseboards were still dirty. They placed dirty shoes on top of the bed in multiple rooms, so I had to send comforters to the cleaners. They older lady walked into the master shower with her dirty shoes on! Seriously? Who does that? The shower had to be re-cleaned when they left. There was still visible dust all over the master bedroom, which was done by the older lady. The hard wood floor did not have any shine or clean smell to it. They were supposed to clean 3 floors, but said they were only told to clean 2 floors. I called their boss to complain about all the things they did wrong, and he said tell them to go back and fix it. Isn't that his job?? He also said he told them to clean 3 floors. I made them go back and dust and clean baseboards. The younger lady had to go back over all the older lady's work. I still have the text messages I sent to the owner and his response. He only offered a discount because they didn't clean the basement. Nothing for the terrible job they did. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
