Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Inlet Custom Builders called right away and I eventually hired him. Workmanship was very well done, however, he did not show up like he agreed. He would ask for some money up front and then he received it then he wouldn't show up for a week. Contract was scheduled for 2 months and it took him from October to March to complete. His work ethics were very bad. Needless to say work is completed.

Sunroom or Patio Enclosure - Build
Although they have not yet started the project, all the preliminary contracting work has been completed. Actual work will begin in approximately one week from today. Every step of the contract was explained. The documentation necessary for the construction has been completed and the actual construction plan explained in detail. I hope the actual construction will match their expertise.

Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Install or Completely Replace
We are still resolving different items related to their bid. I am waiting forChuck to respond to how Manna is going to address the DP 50 wind spec for windows that may be an issue with Horry County code. Their base price is competitive, however their hourly rate for unknown damage discovered is higher than others.
