First we contacted Bill to have flooring done. After that it was just a game of "can we get ahold of this guy?" Flooring never got done, we also inquired about a bathroom exhaust fan being installed. He told us he would get to that as well. Never showed up or contacted us back for that job. Our back door broke leading into our home and we needed it replaced. We AGAIN contacted Bill and he said he would help with the door install. Bill charged top dollar to install the door, and the door was still installed incorrectly. There are huge gaps around the entire door from it being installed crooked. Tons of cold air, bugs and light come through the edges of the door from it not sealing properly. Bill ghosted us and never helped us with anything else that he told us he would help with. Totally unreliable and terrible work. Would not recommend to sweep my floors.
