Had a flip it home to put on the market. 1. Floors are bowed throughout the house because there is no contraction joint. He claims the laminate flooring bows because of the heat. It does expand because of the heat which is why a contraction joint is needed on the perimeter of the walls. It is flooring 101. 2. Panel walls were painted white without caulking corners, grease stains seeped through the paint, no holes were filled and the stairs have brush marks all over it. 3. Ruined my new sink by washing out his damn paint in the sink!!! Rather than outside! Idiot. 4. Did not finish the bathroom as requested from the very beginning of the walkthrough 5. Stole my materials. Did not leave any of it behind. He claimed he used it all. 100% of everything? Really? 6. When I claimed all these items needed to be fixed before I give him 100% of the money, he claims he did his part of the business by providing labor. Quality and doing the job right is nonexistence with this person. Cannot sell a home with horrible work. 7. He will state on the paperwork that he will get it done in 14 days. I did my calculation for Labor and agreed with his pricing. On the first day of work, he says I will get it done in 7 days. (I am paying for 14 days of labor that he initially stated but now is 7 days and still paying for 14 days of labor) 8. I did a surprise visit to the house and he was not working! Thinking he is slick and Expecting he is going to get paid for that day. // The worst contractor I have ever dealt with!!! He will take you for your money

Swapped out a double sink vanity. One day job. Stayed until completed. Thank you

I hired Carlos to paint and partly rebuild our wooden deck. He did and excellent job on both. I will hire him again for other jobs.
