Friendly and very thorough. But, the problem was that she worked alone and was almost too thorough because she was only able to complete one room (bathroom).

I did have to reschedule once because I was unable to wait. However, when she did come she did a thorough job and was very friendly and personable. I am very satisfied with the work she performed and would definitely hire her again.

It went great. Great communication once again. They even texted me a picture as they were leaving of them petting and giving my dog a treat ( which I had left out for them)

When she finally showed up, she spent hours cleaning, but only got most of the upstairs cleaned. She said she would come back to finish, but never did. She kept us waiting at the house for hours saying she would be there. We finally had to finish cleaning ourselves as we could not get another cleaning company on short notice. She also complained about not getting enough money for the job. She left most of the harder things for us to clean ( stove, refrigerator,etc).

I will admit my bathrooms were terrible with a capitol T. However, they were not responsive in setting up the appointment. Then when she came, she got water in the hall on and under my laminate flooring and didn't have a way to dry it up

Supremely well and professionally done. If anyone is looking for a thorough cleaning before selling, or for any reason, I would hire April Beach again. I'm persnickety about cleanliness and she took care of that hands down. A solid, thorough, professional cleaning job.

I have previously written a very poor review for this company because of 3 appointments that resulted in 3 no shows for various reasons. April was late to the appointment due to a scheduling mix up, but more than made up for it with the quality of her work. The house looked amazing after she worked her magic. She put in a long day to make sure that it was perfect. And the house sold 48 hours later! Great job! We are referring her to our friends when they need it! Thanks!

If you need your house cleaned, we do NOT recommend choosing GreatClean of Indianapolis - bad customer service and not dependable. On March 22nd, we scheduled a cleaning of our old house through Amazon for Monday, March 27th starting at 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We were provided notice that GreatClean would be providing the service. The day before the scheduled cleaning, we received a text message from April of GreatClean stating she needed to reschedule. We agreed to reschedule for that same Monday at 2:30 p.m. That Monday morning, we drove to the old house and left a key for April. Monday comes and goes, and at 6:30 p.m., we receive a text from her saying she hasn't cleaned the house, was running late, but could clean it later in the day. We told her we didn't feel comfortable with someone cleaning/being at our old house at all hours of the night (we scheduled 4 -6 hours of cleaning) and would like to reschedule. Instead of just rescheduling like a normal human/business person, she unilaterally cancelled the service and advised us she wouldn't be cleaning our house. She told us Amazon would refund our money - - still waiting on confirmation of that refund. Again, in sum, very bad service and not dependable. We recommend looking elsewhere.

"I can't take this rant seriously. I had to actually BLOCK this customer. I don't argue. This customer left out the part, where she declined services 2x, STILL on that same scheduled day. I do not take abuse, [Member Information Removed] will refuse to service anyone who is disrespectful, to me, or my service. This lady declined twice for us to come out, stating she didn't feel 'comfortable with us there'-whatever that means... I'll take that F.. but never abuse. This isn't Craigslist."
