Manny the Handyman, LLC

I am only giving Manny a 0.5 because they don't let you give a "0" rating. The only work he completed for us was pulling out a dead bush and replacing it with three small plants, and pressure washing the house and sidewalk, but not the driveway, which was included in the scope of work. My husband hired him to do several jobs at a home we are selling to include landscaping and installing attic stairs. He promptly collected our $1,200 deposit, and said he would start in 10 days. He didn't show in 10 days. My husband sent him many text messages and tried calling him which resulted in him doing the work referenced above. After he completed the small amount of work he completely ghosted us. He wouldn't respond to any form of communicating, until my husband called him from a co-workers phone. Manny explained that he grossly underbid our job, and he couldn't afford the materials needed to complete the job. My husband graciously agreed to purchase the needed materials, and Manny agreed that the $1,200 we already paid would be acceptable as payment in full for his labor. We haven't seen or heard from Manny since. This man is a liar and a thief. He does not belong on this website or any referral sites.

Manny did a great job repairing dry wall & painting our showroom in our store. He was professional & his pricing was very fair. We have already hired him for some more projects coming up as we renovate our store. I highly recommend him.

I was pleased to see that Manny advertised 'no job too small'. My project was small but complicated. Manny looked it over and took the'no problem' attitude, which I so much appreciated. He knocked it out in no time flat. He will always be the first handyman I call if I need help. I recommend him highly.

Manny has done home repairs and work around my home for years. He is the most impeccable handyman that has ever helped in my home. Handyman does not even come close to Manny. He goes above and beyond in every job. Any snag that comes up he solves. If your idea is not the greatest he comes up with a better and more creative solution. And leaves the space cleaner than it was when he got there. You cannot hire better Manny is the best!

We hired Manny to install safety bars in our shower. He arrived on time, was very neat in preparing the area before drilling, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Shower bars were installed beautifully and we're very happy with the results. We will be calling Manny to help as other projects come up. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.

We used Manny the Handyman to install our screen door. He arrived on time was very knowledgeable in what he does and very neat. He completed this job and cleaned up the area and removed the leftover boxes and swept up the area. We would recommend Manny highly, no job is too big or too small that he can't complete. Excellent worker, friendly and very reasonable in pricing. I have hired many handymen in the past and Manny is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and hardest working of all and he's always on time and, more often than not, arrives early. I will continue to use him. I would like to thank Home Advisors for recommending him to him.

Not only did Manny perform a very professional job with repairing my wooden fence section, but he is a very pleasant person with whom to work. He cleans up everything and is a perfectionist with his expertise. I feel confident that anything he does will be done to the best of his abilities while he maintains a cheerful attitude. Manny was knowledgeable and experienced. Arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He removed and replaced a damaged deck ramp, installed new outdoor light sensors and installed a ceiling fan I will be contacting him again for other projects ,

I have a glass shower door that would no longer close properly. Manny removed the door and refitted it however it still did not completely close but he was able to drill and install a latch to use instead of a much large and more costly project that I was not able to afford at this time. He also installed 2 grab bars in the same shower for my elderly mother to use and feel safe standing and bathing. His work is excellent and he is reliable, courteous and his prices are very reasonable. We discussed other projects that I have and he will be called again for those when I am ready.

Manny actually went to give me a free visual on a job hes never done before. Turns out he tackled it & did a great job. We are absent homeowners & Manny actually took very clear before & after puctures to send to us. Turned out to be a reasonable price & got it done quickly. He didnt even know & trusted us to pay from out of town. We took a chance on eachother & i"m glad we did. We are very happy with his work & will rehire him again without a 2nd thought. Not easy to find someone you can trust in Florida but we are lucky to have found Manny.

Manny put up our all Christmas lights and made our two houses beautiful!

He was clear that the job was not that simple. We came up with a plan and he will return to try to make the necessary repair. It is not fair to judge his ability since the job is not done.

He took on a project that involved removing a large mirror that was glued to the bathroom wall and in stalling a tri-view mirrored medicine cabinet. He was the only handy man willing to do it. He did an incredible job.

Manny is thoughtful, careful and friendly.He repaired the wood surrounding a hot tub, taking the time to make it look like new and thorougly clean up the site.

Manny is the best painter I have ever had. He is meticulous in his preparation, painting, and cleaning up. He has also done other repair jobs for us and neighbors and we all agree to hire him again and again.

Manny is very professional. He is on time, does great preparation, completes each task to our satisfaction, and can do multiple tasks. He has been hired by two neighbors that same day. Our projects included hanging of doors, painting, weather stripping, knobs on garage screen doors. We will definitely rehire him and recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Manny is a great guy; he installed over 55 handles on our kitchen / bathroom cabinets. He was on time, pleasant and had some great ideas for making the jobs more efficient. Manny even had to come a second time to fully complete the job at no additional cost. Would highly recommend Manny.
