Would hire again in a heartbeat! Arrived on time, no wasted time. Job he estimated would take three days in two. took great effort to see that all aspects on deck rebuild were done right, posts all level and secure. Even changed the way posts were mounted after the quote that took more time to complete but did not charge extra because that was the best thing to do. Very good and seemingly knowledgeable contractor. USE THEM!!

I posted yesterday. Joe Norwood called an hour or so later, and came over today. What I thought might be an extensive and costly project was found to be very simple and inexpensive. He was done in an hour and charged me only $85. I couldn't be more pleased. He is friendly, easygoing and knowledgeable, with great integrity.

I was very pleased with the work Joe Norwood (Manor House Renovations) completed for us. He replaced an outside lamp post, two light fixtures in our garage, and a kitchen cabinet that we couldn't use for years. Not only was he punctual, but also his prices were very fair compared to other companies. I will use him again for future small repairs.

Mr. Norwood was very reliable. He came punctually. His work on a variety of fairly small projects was excellent. He is pleasant to work with. I would be confident that he will do a good job at a reasonable price for whatever tasks he feels competent to complete. He installed a storm door, fixed sliding and folding doors, hung shades, and did a toilet repair--all in timely manner.

Joe was great the entire process. We discussed my closet (total rebuild) before hand as well as pricing. While he was completing the project he walked me through what he was doing, showed me some potential issues and listened to what I wanted it to look like. Overall I was very pleased with the end results. I’d recommend him to anyone!
