I badly needed to replace my driveway retaining walls so I got 5 companies to come out and give us bids on doing the work. We ended up going with Manuel Landscaper & Construction Services, and we are so glad that we did. Manuel was very prompt, had the best reviews, and his price was very reasonable. Manuel came right out to give us a bid. We went over design, materials and color. Manuel and his team showed up early every day and worked hard for 5 days straight to get the job done. They ripped out the old walls & back steps, and installed new, beautiful Cambridge walls and steps. They had to correct a drainage issue as well. When I asked about a design change, it was not a problem. Manuel also suggested making our back retaining wall a little taller than I originally wanted, and I am so glad that he suggested that. They did an amazing job. We could not be happier with the way our driveway looks. Manuel is very professional, talented, and a really nice guy. He really knows what he is doing, and you can tell that he really cares about the work that he does. I would highly recommend Manuel his team.

Hello, I had a 40 ft x 14 ft concrete patio replaced with Cambridge pavers. The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but did not do it. It is discouraging, the patio looks nice but it is the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.

We have had Manuel do our walk eight years ago and still looks like new he also installed a retaining wall, and now lined our walk with cobblestone. Heà ¢à  à  s reliable he said he was coming and he came when he said in was. I would recommend him

Manuel and his workers arrived early and worked quickly on my paving stone patio and steps. One of the stones had an imperfection and they came back as soon as I called and replaced it. I loved them so much I had them come back and remove shrubs from my property as well. I highly recommend Manuel and his crew.

I hired the professional who has done work for my father in new York. The professional was highly rated on the Home Advisor website, so I decided to take a chance with this company. I have never met the professional, and the experience with working with him was thankfully fantastic. The professional communicated with me at all times, and sent me a before and after photo to make sure I was satisfied. The professional sent me the photos, of the work he completed before he asked for payment. The fact he approached the situation this way, says a lot about the quality his work and the type of person he is.

They were prompt, professional, and polite.

Manuel did a great job and completed it in the time he estimated. He worked with me on all aspects of the job and was very accommodating in all regards. In addition, his garden suggestions were brilliant. The flower gardens he edged were constructed beautifully and all overgrown and dead shrubs were removed. The price quoted and agreed upon was fair. Manuel did a nice job of clearing the leaves from my lawn and garden as well as trimming back overgrown bushes in my yard. I would recommend him highly and plan on using him again in the spring.

Hired Manuel to clean our property of leaves, gutters and take all the leaves off the property before any potential snow storms. Hired him on a sunday afternoon and by monday morning, 8am, him and his crew were on site. Within an hour they had completed the work, as discussed, without any incidents or issues. Very thorough job and a great value with what we paid. We are now going to hire Manuel for our bi-weekly lawn mowing for 2014.
