I hired him to redo a walkin closet previously done by another company but not to my satisfaction's. Hardware install. Front Door Lock swap. Involved some cutting and drilling to ensure product fit and worked as designed into a newly installed front door. "Unfortunately, this customer left the safety latches on her double doors unlatched which caused her doors to bow. I reached out to her and came out to look at her door and realized that she had left her latches out. I let her know that the door would no longer work the same and that water would get in. She insisted that it was something else. I always guarantee my work for two years, but unfortunately, if stuff like this happens, I cannot guarantee that you will not get leaks. If you check all my reviews, you can see that I did not have any bad reviews. She did not leave a bad review, but she did not say what had happened. Monumental improvem"
