Initial conversation was I m going to pay him $250 for the initial clean up, mow the lawn (cut the grass as short as possible), trim hedges, weed wack the tall grass in the back, clean and dispose of the fallen palm trees leaves. He came on June 30 and after one and a half hour, he said he finished and when I mentioned about the hedges not trimmed he said he ll do it when he returned for the bi weekly maintenance. The following day, I went out and checked his work and besides not trimming the hedges, he did not raked the grass where he weed wacked, there s some rubbish that was left. Overall, the job was messy for someone who you consider as professional. I ve had guys who came who are not professionals but their job is cleaner. I texted and told him on July 1 that the work he did was not worth the money I paid him. He called me and I told him why I was not satisfied and he offered to give me back the money I paid him and mentioned this twice. Before we ended the conversation, he said he will come back and finish what needs to be done. I texted him before 6:00pm and asked if he s coming and he said he was too busy but he ll be back on July 2 at noon. July 2 came and went and he did not come back and no call or text.
