Alex installed 2 minisplits for us. Overall, we had great experience with him and his crews. We really appreciate how communicative he was, he updated us through out all phases of the installation and go to the installation plan thoroughly. On the plan, he didn’t only think about efficiency but also the esthetic aspect of it, which I must say I didn’t hear a lot of those from contractors. He isn’t the cheapest bid but with the knowledge, work quality and ethic, I justify his price and it is totally worth it. Thanks Alex for helping us with this project!

I contacted Alex after receiving a couple of recommendations for him to service our mini split. I received more than a few referrals in total. The reason I chose Manus Mechanical was for several reasons. First, he was recommended by others. Second, he was fairly local to me. Third, he is a small business owner which I will always attempt to support. Alex communicated well and answered all questions I had in a very timely manner. He was on time and very professional. We were hoping for the best and expecting the worse in regards to our system. Our fears proved to be unfounded. Alex could have easily tried to upset or tell us we needed additional parts or maintenance. Of course, I would have then asked for other estimates. However, it was a very simple and economical solution, which Alex quickly took care of. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him.

Had a fantastic experience with Manus Mech installing HVAC in our house. It was a tough project because we have an older house with a difficult, cramped attic to work in, but in spite of some challenges like that, Alex took the time he needed and didnâ t cut any corners. He and his crew were super polite, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to be considerate of us by always leaving a clean space and being very communicative. A small detail that really impressed me is that on trash day, after the garbage guys came, they pulled the trash cans in for us without being asked or even mentioning they did it. I think details like that really speak to their overall work ethic/approach. And so far weâ re thrilled with the final result.
