Showed up on time, did a thorough job cleaning my home I moved out of and am putting up for sale! I dont know the gentlemans name that was one of the cleaning crew but the lady was LuLu. Im so glad I hired them , that cleaning would have taken me days by myself and they were in and out in 4 hours !!! Cleaned the house top to bottom, upstairs and downstairs!

They did an excellent job, honestly. Very thorough, on time, and good to work with. The only problem I had was the final price ended up being twice what the estimate was. That's not good business. If I'd have known it would cost over $400, I would have been able to find someone else that would have done it for $200.

I got totally ripped off. I was quoted a price, but they tried to charge me extra for adding services that I did not agree to. Get a quote in writing and make sure they stick to it.

"Dear Heidi, I have on the notes that the office confirmed the price, the maid confirmed the price. On our notes, I have that you loved the services, but not the price. We are just glad that we honor the price you said instead of the price the office and the maid confirmed with you to make you happy. We usually don't have a problem with our customers with "total amounts dues" confusions are not common that is why we don't have it in writing."
