We bought a new dishwasher but the installer couldn't connect the water line because of non-standard shutoff valve. It and the shutoff valves for the sink were likely over 50 years old and were difficult to use. Rich and Philip from Manzco were great and courteous. They quickly and securely changed the valves and also installed a new sink faucet (I bought it several years ago, one of those "I'll get to it sometime projects). The old one was over 25 years old, finicky, and difficult to remove. I appreciated their hard work and we love the new faucet and flow rate. I have no reservations hiring them again.
