I contracted with Mapache Enterprises Inc. to replace my multi level, large deck. It included number of unusual features, and required guidance regarding materials (concluded on composite TREX), lighting fixtures (120 and 12 volt), step lights,, guardrails, and a total look that blended with my heavy landscape and river environment. Mariano, the owner, is outstanding, and so is his crew. His proposal considered every aspect we discussed when we first met. he kept a tight deadline, the crew cleaned up every day, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mapache Enterprises Inc. !

Excellent experience overall. The result was a gorgeous Ipe deck in the backyard by the pool. VERY satisfied. The workmen are true artisans who care about their product and act as if they were working on their own property. Mariano, the owner, is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Most amazing, kind, considerate contractor I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The own is soooo nice, I almost want to break my wheelchair ramp just to have him come back to my house! The work was done quickly, precisely and specifically tailored to my special needs. His workers were also super kind and caring. Cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and with purpose. The attention to detail on my ramp is amazing. It is smooth sailing with both my electric scooter or my manual wheelchair. The best part, is since I am a renter, he built it in such a way that although it is solidly affixed to my home, it can be removed and reattached to a new residence. I could go on and on singing my praises of this wonderful company.

All businesses should follow Mapache Construction business plan. Provide a fair price. Do it right the first time. Mariano Pache built our 740 sf patio. It was done to our specification, on time, on budget. We have people stop at my house all of the time to look at our patio; all are impressed. I always have a MAPACHE business card on hand. We were so impressed with the service we received that we used them to remodel the inside of our house. Again the work was done o time and on budget. You cannot go wrong with Mapache Construction.
