Only reason I gave them a half star was because I could not give them zero. They scammed me out of $100.00, they took a deposit as the parts were expensive, then decided that I should take it apart before they would fix it. Really THAT IS WHAT I AM HIRING YOU FOR!!!!

name was Al wasn't friendly and didn't fix the problem and as soon as the customer left, Al said it was a leak and he needed to buy a new machine and wasn't fixable. Found this out as soon as the customer left the room and came back after 5 minutes. Customer very dissatisfied.

Ryan from Maple Appliance was right on time, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He explained to us the problem with our dryer and did just enough to fix the problem. Pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ryan and Maple appliance to all. I am sure I would, request their service in the future also when needed.
