When Customer Solutions contacted Maple Landscaping they denied knowing who I was. I provided Customer Solutions with a copy of the check that Maple Landscaping had cashed. They changed their story and told Customer Solutions that yes they had come out and that I was satisfied with the work when they left. Maple Landscaping is not telling the truth here. The language barrier became a problem with the repairman only answering questions with a yes/no answer. They don't answer their phone and multiple messages asking them to come and fix the problem are not returned. In the end all that they did was turn on the sprinkler system, the replacement head and the station do not work and apparently they don't care.Without hesitation I DO NOT recommend Maple Landscaping. They are the worst company we've ever had to deal with. This company may have changed ownership three years ago since almost all the positive reviews are from 2018 and before. They basically ripped me off.

This is our third project with Maple Landscaping, and they are honestly the BEST to work with! With all of our different projects, they've been able to execute and install our design flawlessly, and are always so prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Couldn't recommend them more, and won't work with anyone else!

Maple landscaping was very communicative about the progress of the project. They removed the old fence and built the new one very quickly (about three days). They then cleaned up and disposed of excess materials, garabage, and the old fence. The fence looks great.
