Work: Cut down one tree and remove stump. Trim three additional trees. General: Marvin and his crew did a very good job for us. All of them were very polite and work hard the hold day. They cleaned up as the process of the work was going on instead of waiting to the end to do all the cleaning. Pricing: The pricing was very fair and we asked him to do additional work that we wanted done. He quoted the work by what we discussed on the phone. Customer Service: He followed up on the quote the same day he sent it to us. He called us the night before the work was to be done and he showed up on time the next day. As the worked was being done we were informed of everything being done. The whole crew valued us as a customer. We will be using him for other work in the future.

Crew was excellent. Got the job done, cleaned up, and was headed out.

Trimmed up trees but left some dead branches in a couple of them. Did a hurried job because he had somewhere else to be. Had another small job that he said he'd come back and do the next day. Never showed up or called since he'd already been paid for the big job. 😟☹️

Marvin was prompt to give me an estimate . HE arrived on time and did a good job. He and his crew removed many trees and trimmed several others. They ground down all stumps. I would use this service again.

He did exactly what he said he would do. A quality hard to find these days.

Only disappointment is they did not give us a receipt. Be ready to pay cash on date Service is done. We had trees cut and trimmed. If you can, mark trees you wish cut down and versus those you wish trimmed so you get an accurate estumate.when getting the estimate.

Mr. Pinzon, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He contacted me the same day I called him and made an appointment to see the work I wanted done. He came out and gave me a very reasonable price. He completed the work in the specified time and stuck to his price. He removed a dead tree and trimmed back several larges bushes. I found him to be professional, polite, competent and trust worthy. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing landscaping work.

Did not do all the work they said they would do. Would not hire them again and recommend no one else hires them. Rip-off company!

They were a good crew. Thier equipment leaked a ton of oil in the road which I will now have to clean up due to HOA complaints. If not for the leaking oil, I would give them the highest rating

Just to make a long story short: Please read my entire review before hiring this company. There is no way I would have given this company a 4.65 rating. They denied any wrongdoing and only when we refused to pay them would they fix it. I don't understand how they got such high ratings from everyone else. Very careless while removing a tree from our property. 1. Dropped a large limb on our roof. 2. Dropped the tree on our deck. 3. Tried to fix the deck. When they came for their money, We told them we would not pay them until the deck was fixed correctly. They did hire a man that did a very good job in repairing the deck. They denied that the tree made the cracks under the deck. Told us those cracks were already there. We just had the whole house painted, including the deck and it seems that the stain they used would have been inside the cracks. 4. Backed into our chain link fence and denied it even though my neighbor saw them do it and try to fix it. Came back again, wanting their money. I paid them minus $300.00, and told them after the next big rain, if the roof didn't leak, I would send them a check for the additional money. Had a big rain last night. Roof didn't leak. I mailed the check today.

Marvin called as soon as I booked the appointment. He was able to come out before my scheduled time. They quoted me way less than I was expecting to pay and were able to get the job done within 2 days of the quote. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again if I need tree service.

Very hardworking and capable crew of workers. Would highly recommend them. Showed up on time, worked almost without stopping entire day to complete job. Some of the branches to be removed were in a high and difficult location, but the crew did a wonderful job removing them.

When they lowered the leveling legs on the boom truck one was too close to the edge of my concrete driveway and broke a piece off. After they had finished the job I showed it to Marvin, who I think is the owner, and he made a phone call and had someone come out that day and repaired it. Marvin and his crew, which are his son, his brother and 1 other guy were very friendly and easy to work with. They are amazing at how accurate they can cut a tree 🌲 and have it fall exactly where they want it to fall! I have already hired them to cut 8 more trees 🌲 down in my daughter's yard.

Set up the appointment for the next day but called to see if I could get a quote first. He came out within an hour to talking to him, gave me a quote and said he could remove the stump right now. We hired him immediately as we were having a fence installed later in the day. He was super quick, very friendly and did a great job! Will hire for more work later on!
