The Owner Eric, who Is NOT a licensed Contractor like he claims Is a theft con Man. Thevwork he does Is horrible. My windows ate crooked he installed my sliders are installed wrong The painting he did was so bad. Not one thing he did am i Happy with but The worst thing Is he robbed me. He was bulluinh me to pay him more and more but when i finally put my foot down and told him no longer allowed in my property he then broke into my house and stole my air conditioning, condenser mice, tankless, hot water heater, both of which I had purchased through him, as well as taking down stealing private property of mine, including painting and some valuable items. To make matters worse to try to extort money from telling me that I owe him more money and that he was going to put him mechanics on my property, if I didnâ t pay him as we all know, only licensed contractors can put up mechanics on a property. Iâ m working with the police right now to get a case against him and my best advice will be to run as fast as you can if he approaches your contact with his company Marathon construction I paid him $30,000 and install my air conditioning condenser and my tankless hot water heater. I donâ t know how he has a five star rating must be fake.
