Very disappointed with the service and quality of work from MarbleCare for countertop installment. An entire portion was forgotten, had to be rush ordered, installed later. Large seams between quartz slabs. A new sink was purchased to be installed, model provided to MarbleCare so they could ensure the quartz would fit, but it did not, and they were forced to drill a hole in the steel sink in order to accomodate reverse osmosis. Through all these mistakes, Herb was not apologetic, and often disappeared. Incredibly disappointing.

This team was excellent and performed the job to our high expectations. I would recommend them to family and friends. They took care of business and when we asked for help they came in with samples and design ideas. They explained what they needed to do and accomplished it quickly.

MarbleCare did an excellent job with our countertops! they are exactly what we ordered, and the installation was a breeze. I've never had granite countertops before, but Herb made it a wonderful experience from the time we chose it all the way through the installation. Herb responded to my request on HomeAdvisor immediately and within minutes, I had engaged him to install my quartz countertop in my kitchen. He was able to pick it up from Menard's for me as well, which was a tremendous help. Herb and his coworker Willie arrived this morning and installed the counter top in a matter of two hours. The whole process was seamless and my new counter top looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
