This was a first-class experience from the first time we received our quote estimate from Wes Haigh, all the way to the end where they bent over backwards to please us with little extras and stick to the estimate - super honest!!! The team we worked with for 5 days was very punctual and very professional, with a special accolade for Cameron who was a most persistent, hard-working and quality-driven individual - he never stopped until it was right. From the very beginning when the owner, Wes Haigh came out to give me an estimate, everything was exactly what he promised at the end result. I had 3000 sq feet of marble cleaned, polished and grout cleaned. Also had my marble vanities cleaned and polished. His employees that came daily were very conscientious, hard working and respectful. They went over and above and never charged me a penny more. I've used other company's in the past but I'll use this company again for sure.

The owner came immediately upon my estimate request and provided us with great background information on our floors, helping us understand why they looked the way they did and what they could do to improve them. They were able to quickly set up an appointment within a week and completed the job in 1.5 days. My place looks totally different! Simply Amazing!!

Very polite and knowlegeable, we asked what our options were... he told us.. we chose the one that he said should work (middle priced) it didn't .. when I called him back, he said he wasn't surprised and that he said the most expensive method is what we should use. (Not what he actually said in our discussions before committing) nothing more happened.. the tile grout is still stained from red wine.
