While pouring floor leveler, material flowed into basement floor drain and clogged it. Drain had to be professionally cleared and utility tub replaced. Concrete on our living room sofa from a workers jeans. Tub surround scratched badly. I had to do the plumbing myself which was not part of the quote. Contractor did not show up several times during the job and job was behind schedule by 50% when we finally kicked them out. Although the GC was pleasent, the skill set was sadly lacking. We were into him for $2500 when we kicked him out and probably only got 1500 in materials and shoddy labor. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

"This lady was a very difficult person to work for; She spent half an hour on the phone with me talking about how basically all contractors were idiots, and how she and her husband could do a better job than any of them, but they opted not to do ther own remodeling. I think she had something to prove from the get-go, a redflag I should not have ignored ! From there on in it was all downhill, 2 Vicious dogs, that we had to try to bribe with doggie treats when we came in... Who does that ? When one of my guys asked that the dogs put away, she said he was a girl! We had to call 1-800Got Junk, just to get in the driveway for pete's sake !!"
