I highly recommend Marc Anthony Pools for all services regarding your pool. I can say that with confidence because Marc helped us in every way imaginable. We purchased a house with a very poorly maintained pool. Marc was quick to reply, quick to come evaluate the situation, and quick to make the necessary repairs. He revamped the electrical components and timer, repaired the jets, installed a new pump, cleaned, opened and closed our pool, installed a baby fence, and maintained the pool through the season. He was extremely knowledgeable and educated me every step of the way. When other pool companies in the area gave inflated estimates, Marc has always been fair. His work is top-notch and his customer service is remarkable. So happy I found him.

Marc (and his coworker who's name I do not know) did an excellent job taking care of our pool this season. They were always prompt to help when needed and kept it in great condition. They also closed our pool. We will definitely use them in the future for our pool maintenance needs!

For several years now Marc, the owner has open and winterize my pool annually and provided weekly servicing of my pool. He is reliable, honest, on time and leaves the pool immaculate. He is really good about communicating if any issues arise and is fast at getting parts and repairing the pool. Besides weekly chemical testing and balancing, leaf skimming, cleaning of pool sides, and basket cleaning, he periodically flushed my pool filters, repaired leaking pool pumps, improved my pumps plumbing, repaired a leak in my skimmer, and assorted other tasks. He has fixed all these problems and above all IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND HONEST. He doesn't rip you off, which I believe is the most difficult thing to find in the service industry. I strongly recommend him!

Marc opened our pool this year and noticed that there was a cyanuric acid issue with the pool water. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the resolution needed. We also needed to replace our heat pump and Marc had installed a new one within a few days. He quickly responds to texts and promptly answers any questions. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking for pool services!

I called three different pool companies that day and Marc was the only one (and still the only one) to return my call. He came over two hours later. Since we are renting the house Marc was able to give me a clear explanation of how to vacuum and backwash the pool. He did not mind that I asked him to repeat the directions two or three times. Marc did a great job cleaning the pool and providing me with professional advice. Not once did he pressure me into buying equipment, chemicals are services I didn't really need.

For one month our pool service company at our townhouse complex was unable to clear the pool of an algae bloom. Lots of people were upset, so as the pool committee chair I invited four pool companies to advise us and bid on the pool maintenance contract. Only Marcoffered to step in that day,and fix theproblem. He began Wednesday at 4 pm and by that Friday it was clear. He is responsive and careful with your money. A real winning combination...plus he knows pools well.
