They were good. The only bad thing is that they postponed the estimate by 2 days. They called the day they were supposed to come and were very apologetic. I understood their plight. They said they would be there in the morning to do the estimate and they didn't end up coming until 2 days later. But, when I scheduled the actual job, they came the day they were supposed to and everything was fine. It ran over to another day, but it was a big job and I didn't mind that.
