Absolutely phenomenal job. We have 3 decks that were in desperate need of some joist replacements and all 3 needed a sanding and stain. We Absolutely love the choice of stain as it really brought back the color of our Ipe wood. The team worked very hard to accomplish everything even when it was 102 degrees out. Cleanup was excellent! Will look at hiring for other things next spring.

The deck quality was great. Great time and care spent make it look amazing. The handyman or contractor Kyle was not consistent with work days or time but I love the finish project.

These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. The team, headed by Juan, did an efficient, impressive job getting everything completed faster than I would have imagined (on some very hot days, I might add.) And the whole crew was so good natured & polite. Mark came out to go over the quote before the project started. He understood the needs for this deck repair so well that he was able to come in at nearly half what our highest bid for the protect was. He saw how to do the project in ways others hadn't realized it could be done. Because of that, he saved us A LOT of time, effort, and money with his proposal, and it worked perfectly! Great professionals!! We are super satisfied. Can't wait to get Marco's Construction out to help with more projects around our property! I would highly recommend them for others' projects as well!

Needed some siding and trim repaired as part of an inspection resolution for the sale of my house. Mark responded quickly with a quote based off of photos that I sent him and upon accepting the quote he sent his guy Kyle out the next morning to complete the work. Kyle worked all day to replace the siding and trim and had the job done by 6pm. Not only was he quick but he did a really nice job. These guys were absolute life savers. They single handedly saved my real estate transaction. I feel lucky to have found them. Thank you Marco Construction!
