Marco R is the owner, has 35 yrs of experience in the business, very quality & value oriented individual. The work was performed in a mere 3 hours with a large work crew, after negotiating all work details covering a large area of tiled roofing with a chimney. New metal flashing was put in, over a double layer of roofing paper, and overlapping areas nailed down with mastik covering. All work completed in a workmanlike manner. Most people are unwilling to climb onto the roof. It is difficult to know what is going on. Marco assisted actively by providing pictures of the work area as work progressed. This I appreciated very much. Pictures are not as good as being able to see in person but it is the next best thing. I found in Marco a savvy businessman who has a good customer focus. The work crew removed all debris and left the property in a clean state. Attention to detail and quality work oriented, I will have no hesitation to having Marco R. attend to my future roofing needs. Marco was very knowledgable regarding the roof repair. He pointed out where the builder failed to adequately cover an area at the eves by not overlapping the paper. Shows up on time with a good crew. Returns calls quickly. He was a little flexible with payment timing, which was very helpful. I would call him again if I have problems in the future.
