Scope of Works was to do trim and room painting in a rental home that needed a fresh look after some wear and tear to get it market ready for sale. Quick response and easy to work with. Picked the paint and specifications with Marcos and the paint cost was reasonable. Their preference is to use Sherwin-Williams paint, which seems to be the preference of most experienced painters. Minor touch ups that they are working with me on.

Drywall Repair
Marcos and team may uave a little language barrier but once he understands what you want he is willing to take on the project and get it done. I have had other contractors who will do what you ask but postpone your work in preference for another client. Marcos has accomodated my little jobs and large one. I was pleased with their drywall skills. They were very quick to demolish my decks. If I were to change anything, I hope they will grow and have more capabilities to supply or stock some of the renovation material.

Incompetent. I had to have another contractor start the work all over. I had to repurchase all the materials he wasted. He did not know the basics of installing drywall. Terrible, terrible experience.
