He does great work but is kinda hard to communicate with, also if you do have problems he will come back and fix it so after the first guy who came before him took $1100 from me and had no clue was he was doing completely screwed everything up marcotte's came fix it all I definitely recommend them

I called rather late in the morning because of just coming home from work. But he was out there to fix the A/C. --on time, too. It needed a starter switch because of the new grids in Robert, LA. Anyway, the service was right to the point and he knew just what the problem was by what was going on with the a/c. It didn't take long either, there was no waiting and all. Affordable, as well. The technician came and spent less than 20 minutes and flipped the breaker box. He fixed the problem but my wife and I believe that it should have been less since the problem was a simple fix. They actually charged us full price.

Paul is a really nice guy.Called me in less than 15 minutes. arrived within 30 minutes finished the job very, very quick. Explained everything about the problem and repair. If you need A/C repairs you should call Paul Marottte.

Prompt service but a little pricy

Contacted me a soon as I sent my request into home advisor. Came out within the hour and fixed us right up. Will be using them again in the future if ever any problems !

they were really professional an explain things to the point we understood it . also talk us threw the cost of things before hand so we could make a decision. then afterwards they had us up and going with in a couple hours we were back chilling. lol. thks u guys for being so great.
