They were late for an hour for the appointment, even though we told them we rearranged both of our schedules to make it work. They re were also not letting us know they were late until we reached out to them.

I was sitting on the HomeAdvisor, I just hit the send key to register my project request. Elena, from Sure-Plus called me. She promptly came to my house, gave me a straight up bid. I got several bids, Sure-Plus was by far the lowest. Elena and her team did outstanding work, also at a fraction of the time other estimates gave. I will hire them for more services.

I was immensely disappointed. It was post-construction clean-up. Apart from cleaning the floor and some of the windows nothing else was done. None of the closets/cabinets cleaned, surfaces wiped down. Hugely disappointing. I had left them unsupervised. But professionals should not be supervised!

They showed up on time and were very friendly. Our windows and screens were really dirty due to construction. They did a great job with some windows where the track and hinges were super dirty and difficult to clean....as I've tried it myself. I will definitely use them again.
