Maria's Cleaning

She was late showing up... but stayed longer than normal to make sure the job was done. I'd definitely hire her again.

I hired Maria for new construction cleaning. For the sake of clarification, I asked her at least three times to verify what "new construction cleaning" consisted of. Maria and Jessica did a great job of washing interior windows and cleaning the floor and countertops but for 450.00 (the price she quoted per our "new house construction" discussion), I had anticipated all the walls and cabinets to be wiped down (swiffered) and the bathrooms to be given a once over. I needed the construction dust to be removed all over. It didn't turn out that was. As far as her work goes, she and Jessica worked hard, they brought their own supplies and they were both very kind. I would use (and recommend) Maria for regular house cleaning services (but at a much more reasonable price).

I think Maria and her son did a good job cleaning, however they did not wear masks while cleaning in my house which is not OK. Also thought her price is a bit high, Very nice person and did wear a mask when I interviewed her so was surprised.

Maria came out on on a Sunday in which on normal circumstances are closed. She and her son spent 6-7 hours cleaning the 4 br, 3ba, and 2 living rooms. They were kind, and gracious, and humble individuals. My roomate didnt see much equipment when they came in, but the producs, and how they clean were beyond what could be thought. Their is no other company i would recommend than them. The rooms were soooooo clean, and immaculate. My roommate had a sliding glass shower, and afterward could see very clearly through the glass. I couldn't believe that only 2 individuals did this, and the extra time they spent cleaning for the price we paid was under valued. We will be paying them more even though the job is done. There professionalism is superb, and have real kind spirit.

I have never met someone who could clean a 2500 square feet area by herself in 2 hrs. I am still cleaning the floors myself!

This was our 1st time using a cleaning service. Maria and her son, William, cleaned both levels of our home after 2 bathrooms and laundry room remodeling. They did an excellent job of cleaning the dry wall dust and other sediment from ceiling to floor. They were in and out in less than 4 hours. Not that they rushed through the process but rather, they were very efficient and thorough. We will definitely call her again and have already recommended them to our family and friends.
