Maria's Cleaning Service

One person sent worked from 1pm untill 7:30pm and missed doing half the work. Did not dust, did not wipe off tops of stoves. Mopped but not under tables and china hutches. Did, not dust fan blades like asked, mopped floors with some kind of cleaner that left them tacky and wet till the next day. footprints everywhere. do not know what took so long in bathroom handprints on the door not wiped clean, the wall had smeared on it of dirt, floor sweep but did not look like washed, shook rugs in the house instead of taking them outside, threw dust all over.

Maria was very nice! I hired her to clean my 5 bedrooms 3 bath home. She charged me $300 after evaluating my home days prior. The things that were discussed that she should do were not done in some cases or not to the standard of the price or quality I was looking for. I told her my husband and I are disappointed and she offered to make it right by giving a discount the next time. However, in our opinion, she should have come back and fixed what was not done at no cost to us because that is what we originally paid her for. It was not the greatest investment for us and we will take our business elsewhere!

Came a day earlier and 8am instead of 8:30-9am. Did some things but only some of normal cleaning of surfaces and flooring. I could not communicate well with Maria, she was on her phone a lot. For $150.00 first time cleaning, I was not satisfied. I tried to get a schedule for next few months and did not feel she listened to me.

Her crew was excellent at cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming, and cleaning the kitchen. A major problem arose in cleaning my stainless steel sink. I showed Maria precisely how to clean it, and she promptly ignored me and did the reverse... I had to physically stop her. I fired her on the spot.

The person came is not Maria .she did not show on the day she supposed come and did not inform me not coming. Finally the company sent another woman. She was good but took a long time to finish her work

Maria, the owner, was excellent and five stars!!!! But her two workers were less than acceptable. I had to monitor them and their work and they did not do work contracted for and did less than quality work. Bent one of my mini blinds. Maria just needed to do a better hire of workers.

I thought they were very professional, very detailed, and even did more cleaning than requested. I highly recommend them for housecleaning services.

Maria came with one assistant and took care of the whole house (1200 sq ft) in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Everything was dusted and cleaned; she moved what was needed clean but left most everything alone). Kitchen & bathroom scrubbed clean (not to the point of new, but much better than it was since it was pretty bad to begin with).

Did not show up on time. After cleaning, did not move back items where they belonged.

Surface cleaning of a small place. Came home to counters still partially dirty, toilet not cleaned and big window next to front door left wide open. Got a call after she left and locked house that she could not set alarm so locked and left. Did not think to call before she left. Wont use again.

Maria missed appointments, or would be late. Rushed through the job so quickly that the quality was very poor. However, she still would demand the same amount of money even if she was ?done? in an hour. Overpriced and under quality.

Maria worked for me one day. The next month she did not show up. Monday, I called, she forgot- would come tomorrow. No show, no call, not answering her phone. Is this Customer Service????

We are finding it more difficult to keep up with our cleaning as we age. Maria and her staff did all that we required and are enjoying our clean home this week.
