Showed up 1/2 hr late with no call. I was told they brought their own products which they didn t - used mine. I was told baseboards would be cleaned which were not. Garden window in kitchen not cleaned and when I complained they said they would come back to make it right. They are now almost an hour late again with no phone call to do this. There were 3 people here for a total of 3 hrs and I have a 1500 sq ft home. They left the kitchen for last and then seemed to run out of time. The cleaning they did do was fine.

Came out to the property two times. I could not personally be there, but was told that the crew was working hard. When I finally had a chance to check their work, i could not believe how much dirt and dust was still present........how many logical areas had not even been touched (like shelves, air vents, switch plates, etc.). Extremely disappointed with the quality of work.

Not satisfied. After paying more than a professional cleaning house, ending up cleaning myself on top of move which is quite exhausting. The main lady started fighting with me. Agreement was complete thorough cleaning, had to be next tenant ready, no hours boundation.
