The cleaning ladies were great but communication with Maria was impossible. She did not follow-up after the cleaning and I could not even leave a message to schedule the next cleaning because her answering machine was full. I have since chosen another cleaning service.

They did a great job. One of the two women spoke a little Englis and answered my questions about specific cleaning products and offering cleaning suggestions. However, when they first arrived at our home, I was unable to communicate my question: What tasks are included in a standard housecleaning? I worded it several different ways, but her answer was always about the cost.

They came right on time (team of two) and did an excellent job especially with our tile floors. They were definitely efficient and got the job done in a reasonable time. Plan to hire for every other week service.
