Charged extra for an **initial** service, not happy with the end result. She even missed the MB toilet.

I hired this company because they had great reviews. I specifically told Marie how to get into my development because itâ s a gated development and the GPS will put you at the back entrance which is for residents only. She showed up and piggybacked into the back entrance which is not supposed to happen. I explain to her the next time to please use the front entrance because if the bar breaks or goes down on her car I will be billed to pay for the gate repair and it starts at $240. She and another person comes inside and started upstairs in the master bathroom and I asked her before she leaves to please give me a copy of her drivers license or some form of ID. She told me that she would not give me a copy of her drivers license because she didnâ t feel comfortable doing that! I donâ t feel comfortable having somebody in my house with access to my belongings that doesnâ t feel comfortable letting me have a copy of her ID. Their cleaning was just OK. There were several spots that were missed as you can see from the photos. When she mopped she did not mop between the couch and coffee table , it appears she just mopped the main area walkway. Between her lack cleaning main eye level areas and unable or unwilling to show or produce ID I will not use them again.

"We strive to do our very best for each customer who selects our business. As she stated, yes I was uncomfortable handing over my drivers license, as it has my sensitive personal information that I would not want copied. My refusal to give my ID did not prevent her from allowing me to do my work, so I question how uncomfortable she was since she did not turn us away. I apologize if I entered the property incorrectly, but we were left with no instructions on how to do so. Her opinion aside, we offer a 100 percent guarantee or your money back, she refused and chose to post this review. We will continue to provide quality service to those who reach out to us for cleaning."

Marie was very nice. I needed help with cleaning my apartment after the movers left. I left her such a mess but she was nice and did more than I asked of her. She really got that apt clean. Very reasonable prices as well. I would use Marie in the future.

Never came with bucket and mop. Just a swifter gadget. Not my way to clean floors. That may be good for quick clean up but not the whole house. Did not clean windows. Marie came with I guess her husband on time however. Was not sure if they were going to vacuum because they finished all the rooms and moved to another with out vacuuming but went back at the end to vacuum. A little strange. Not sure if I would use her again. Sorry.

"It was a one time cleaning service. The customer was not charged for window cleaning because it's a different project. It was a two bedroom villa with two small bathrooms and a small kitchen. The whole villa was carpeted except the bathrooms and kitchen area. We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed to all of our customers, if he was not satisfied we would have gone back to clean his villa home free of change. Customer was only charged $50 for the project.This customer is known for leaving bad reviews on companies like us that are doing good. - Mariette J"

Marie is a very nice person and her upbeat attitude will keep me bringing her back to clean my house. I needed her to do some special cleaning of my tile floors. She charged me a very fair price for the individualized need that I had. I would recommend her to anyone needing solid cleaning. I had my own cleaning products, but she mentioned that she also has eco-friendly products as well.
