Near perfect quality for the price, I was very pleased with how hard the provider worked to clean spaces that really needed it. It was completed in a lot less time than I could have completed it.

Maria likes cats. That is important to me because some cleaning services have restrictions about animals. I like that she understands animals. She works fast. Prefers to start at top floors and work her way down. Very caring person without being invasive. She is more an overall job cleaner= wants to do the big stuff like floors, cleaning out refrigerator. I have tried to get her to do detail- as I have a lot of stuff because I am an artist. She does not seem so interested in detail. Communication a little bit hard sometimes- if she has a blank look - go over again what you want done. I try writing things down and use app to translate- does not seem to do any good. But she is smart and fast- She is very polite so I am very polite. Very minor point, she likes to be on the phone (mainly talking to her daughter). I wish she was on th phone 1/2 the time. I don't mind it generally because lets face it - housework is boring. sometimes I want her attention to explain something to her. I have not figured out a way to resolve this. She is such a hard worker and smart, I simple have not figured out how to deal with this minor problem. I don;t want her to quit ! I have been through about 10 people in 10 years. She is the best.

Maria was meticulous about cleaning the house. She was organized and did not disturb anyone. I would definitely use her services again.

Have no doubt Maria is great for regular residential cleaning but this was a move-out, detailed cleaning that seemed difficult for her to understand. She came unprepared given the house was empty in between renters and free of any cleaning supplies and essentials to effectively complete a move out cleaning. I was 30 mins late to the appointment but still have her 3 hours to complete the cleaning which she ultimately left unfinished after having to redo some of the initial areas I requested. Bathrooms got a general wipe down and window sills which I requested deep cleaning which was initially fairly sloppy job. After requesting that she redo some of her initial work, She responded by asking for more money on top of the price she initially quoted and didn?t hide how annoyed she was. In the end I?d say she finished less than a 30% of the job we had originally agreed upon but still charged for the full price of the cleaning. Not sure how she only managed to get so little done within the given timeframe. Seems like a nice lady otherwise but definitely not a deep or detailed cleaner. She was able to come same day I spoke with her which was extremely convenient. Also very responsive and on time.
