We had originally hired Marie's Maids last year on a "try-out" basis. She worked out so well that we hired her for our guests who stayed in our beach cottage. I cannot praise her highly enough. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and her willingness to accommodate my schedule have been outstanding and I truly bless the day we found her. FIVE STAR+++++

Very nice. Very personable. Arrived on time. We hired them to do a "top-to-bottom" clean to prepare for an interior paint project. they did miss quite a bit & when we spoke about it Marie asked us not to pay the invoice. We agreed that she would return to clean after the painting was complete & we would settle up at that time. I told her I didn't feel right about not paying her something, even though the job was not to her/our standards. I did not review her after the initial clean, hoping to be able to give a better review after we had a 2nd cleaning done. We were also considering her for our regular cleaning, but we were informed by her today that she couldn't take on any more cleanings, after being told yesterday that she could do the follow up clean later this week after painter finishes. We wish it had worked out better. I know she has many happy customers & we were hoping to work together. I know anyone can have a bad day & we were willing to give her another chance.
