I hired them to keep my pool clean. So far the service has been not been the best. One week I got a call from my neighbor Saying water was running down my driveway. Turns out the pool technician decided to add water to my pool. Left it running and left for the day. I have been asking them to treat the pool as it has yellow algae. Going on week 5 and still no results. I keep getting well it?s been raining and the chemicals are wiped clean. When the technician came by. They tested the pool and said it had all the right chemicals. When I have called in they have had me confused with another client. I was promised a call back to fix the mixup and still have not received one. I am in the process of looking for a new service. This one is just not doing a good job.

Joey and his team worked diligently to find the source of air leak that wasn't allowing pump to fully prime. Using process of elimination and not giving up it was finally detected and pump now running efficiently. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool service that can be depended on when needed. All the employees have great attitudes and go the extra mile to take care of you. Marine Blue promptly responded to our concerns over staining that occurred after replastering our pool. Their response had an immediate effect and the chemical adjustments resolved the issue. Joey showed up early. He ran me through a "pool school" on the equipment at my new house. Very informative and thorough. He answered all my questions and made several recommendations, but was not pushy about using him to do the repairs. If I can't do them, I will call him.
