PuroClean of San Rafael

Nick and his team at PuroClean of San Rafael were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did to clean up our house after a major water leak. I highly recommend them!!

Nick was great. Our toilet connector water line sprung a leak in the middle of the night. We woke up to water in the upstairs bathroom, hallway and guest bedroom. We went downstairs to find water leaking from the ceiling. My husband and I wiped up as much as we could then tried to get a few hours sleep before morning. We called PuroClean at 9:00am. Nick and Shiloh were there by 10:00am. After vacuuming the water, they assessed all the water damage. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers. Over the next several days, Shiloh came and removed the downstairs ceiling and all the damaged drywall. Shiloh was very courteous and knowledgeable. He assisted in opening up the wall where we found an old existing leak that we had been a mystery for years. Nick and Shiloh were very efficient and clean. I highly recommend PuroClean if you have issues with water damage.

Our laundry room got flooded and we worried about a mold and a toxic situation resulting so we called PuroClean after reading a lot of positive reviews. Their estimate was very exact of what was to be done along with the line item charges. As it turned out, there was less work needed and our final invoice was less than half of the estimate. Their work was prompt, neat and complete. I would definitely recommend PuroClean

After a tenant told me she suspects mold, I got nervous and began the mold inspection process. I got a quote from another company for 10k. I reached out to PuroClean for a bid, sharing the original companyâ s report. Nick called telling me it doesnâ t look like I have mold, based on the report, but he would come out to look. He came out and said that I didnâ t have microbial growth but recommended some actions to ensure no mold in future. He is honest, respectful and does business the right way.
