Bid and work were prompt. They had good equipment. Work was well done. Cleanup up was a lot and done well.

Dennis was was great and I would highly recommend him for your next project. He helped us knock down a kitchen wall, install cabinets/sub top, and move electrical outlets and fridge ice maker water line. After we had a few people flake on us or decline our project altogether, it was nice to have such a responsive and professional contractor come in and get the job done right. His guys worked super quickly and cleaned up all the drywall dust before leaving. We had the wall down and island in 2 days. Took us a bit of time to find matching countertops and someone to install, but Dennis worked with our schedule and came back to do the sub top the day after we gave him a call. Great to meet such honest and reliable contractor. Will definitely work with him again in the future

Dennis is easy to work with. Replaced my deck and repaired my exterior walls which had water damage. Repainted the entire house exterior. Did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs. I will have him come back to do some interior doors and railings in the future. Very professional. Good kamaaina contractor.

This is the 1st contractor that I really enjoyed working with through out the bathroom remodeling project. His crew was prompt and quality of the work was excellent, with no short cuts!! He did not rush the work in the final phases of completing the renovation, as other contractors have done to me. Taking the time to do quality work made the punch list very small! He was very fair with the his bid, and straight forward and fair in his pricing when there was unforeseen costs and design changes that arose. When I look at doing future renovations, Dennis with Force Builders will be my first call!!

Dennis is extremely responsive and had great communication. This is hard to find on the island. He has a lot of pride in what he does and is eager to make it right. Our project took a little longer than expected and while he had a new project beginning elsewhere, he was still making sure ours was being finished. Having a previous contractor do 90% and just stop responding, this was also a big deal for us. We were so pleased with the work ethic and reliability that we will always have his number for upcoming g projects!

Initially, we hired Dennis to install baseboards in our home. The end product was beyond expectations. The workmanship added immediate value to our home. He did such a good job with the baseboards, we hired him to build a deck. Dennis offered solutions that improved the deck and saved us money. We are extremely pleased with the end result and plan to hire Dennis again to build our kitchen island. He truly is a one stop shop! In addition, his communication was prompt and clear. He also took the time to meet in person if something to make sure all parties agreed on the work scope.

The bathroom project went quickly without problems. We are planning to hire them again to do other projects on our condo.

He is good at calumniating. Very helpful.

He basically walked off the job, I do not have a toilet, sink, bathroom sink, kitchen wall is just paper an the people that do the electrical work for him are not licensed. I can not live in that house which is causing me to rent a place. UPDATE 12/4/2019: It was horrible. These people do not know how to set the most popular wood textured porcelain plank tiles. I had to jack hammer up the floor tiles and do it again. The tile was super expensive, and I paid Force builders to lay it. When I realized what they had done, Dennis said just grout it, you will never notice. REALLY, Dennis.

Dennis was on time. He diagnosed the issue and was able to buy and install replacement parts quickly. The work site was clean when he left. It will be difficult to hire someone else for handyman type of work after this experience.

Dennis was at my home within 10 minutes of my call!! Work was completed same day for a great price, prompt and friendly service! I saved $500 dollars from other estimates I received! Would give 6 Stars if I could!! David & Nancy

He is really good, dependable guy and everything. He gets back to me right away every time. Very good priced. I have 16 apts on Maui and handles the maintenance for me.
