Mario was a professional tradesman through and through. He showed up on time from the very start; he was never late with an appointment or phone call. He has many years of experience and his work shows it. I had him renovate an old bathroom. He was in and out in 3 days. The final product was of excellent quality. He and his team were neat and clean, nothing to clean up after. He stayed on budget and kept to his word on everything we agreed to, and then some. The work was at my elder parents' house. I couldn't be there but if he or I had any questions he was happy to use photos sent and received to discuss and make recommendations. He was respectful to my parents and I trusted him completely. I'll be recommending him to my friends and family without reservation.
