During our phone conversation, Mario was very pleasant & seemed very down-to-earth, that is why I hired him. Mario came out the evening (Sun.) he contacted me. He was indeed very down-to-earth and seemed very trustworthy. He explained in detail exactly what he was going to do & even did a little more by tearing up some flooring I couldn't get to behind the toilet. Not only was Mario wonderful, he is a one man business which, in my experience, often means the individual takes more pride/time in their work...Mario held up to that. I would definitely contact him again for any plumbing issues, big or small.
