His response was very quick and did good job. Willing to come again next day to fix another problem. Although it did not quite fixed, he was willing giving instruction to us and eventually it was fixed by following his instruction.

Bryan came the same day I called to replace my garage door opener. He fixed it and checked the other door opener in an hour. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and neat. I would highly recommend him.

He did something to the garage, i was able to close it and reopen it that day. The next day i came over to retrieve items from the garage, i could not lift the garage up. I call for another to see if he can come out to see why, there was some miss understanding on what day and time was the appointment. I did feel comfortable with his attitude about coming to see why the garage is having this problem. This problem started last year, sometimes it would open, then the next time it won't. I trying to find someone who can put a door on the garage and fix the garage door. This is the first time i had this problems with a contractor.

"The original problem was that the cables on your lock were loose, that problem was corrected and door worked when we left. It was disappointing when we were made aware that an issue has happened after and a scheduled service call was made for 6/19/19, as no one showed up that day we made it known that we would be happy to reschedule for Monday but a failure on the homeowner to show for a 3rd time would result in a service charge. Sorry it didn't work out. And if you change your mind we would be willing to return to see what happened."
