Bathroom - Remodel
Pros: -Mario is a very pleasant and personable guy who understood right away what we were trying to do with our bathroom remodel. -His bid was professionally presented and clear and was by far the best of three bids we received. -His workers were very courteous and responsive and cleaned-up well at the end of each day. -The craftsmanship was pretty good. -Everything fit and there were no major problems. -The job came in on budget. Cons: -Communication with Mario was tough. Following the acceptance of the bid we didnt see him, only his workers. E-communication with Mario was sporadic. -Language was a problem, as Marios workers spoke very little English. -We were virtually on our own re: design. -We agreed to buy and transport most of the furnishings, including tile, vanity, paint, toilet, mirror, fan, etc. Scheduling this was difficult because of the lack of communication. -The crew required daily oversight, sometimes more. If you hire Marios crew, plan to be around. -The tile work was a little off in places. -The job was projected to take 3 weeks and it took 9 weeks.

Kitchen - Remodel
Marioâ s team was very courteous. Everyone did their job. The finishing carpenter was great. They didnâ t leave our project until our entire check list was completed. Lastly, Mario estimated 3 week project and it was exactly 3 weeks. I got a newly remodeled kitchen.

Mario and his team were magnificent. They arrived on time and stayed on budget. In addition, the quality of their work was exceptional. These guys are craftsmen. They are also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are 5 stars across the board.
