Marioâ  s landscaping on time fixed broken pipe kept tenants informed & landlord of progress and completion of work . San Jose water to send me application to recoup some loss $ on leak because it was fixed so fast once it was identified. We are using Mario for more landscaping jobs .

My yard had high weeds and is very uneven it was all mowed down. Mario completed all the work that was in the verbal estimate. which included cutting down a small tree and branches overhanging the fence. Mario completed the job by cleaning up all the debris.

Really nice, cares a great deal. I think there was a misunderstanding as to HOW we wanted the weeds removed from our yard. We wanted them eradicated versus just knocking them down. We might not have intimated that when we gave instructions. The trees and bushes look GREAT. Very professional
