I had to be way to involved to make sure things went as planned and the job was done to my satisfaction. This had to do mostly with the crew, that was not speaking english very well. Overall communication was poor.

This contractor drove a nail through a water pipe that runs through the roof of my house causing extensive damage to the inner walls. He does not want to accept responsibility and is not returning my calls.

After I changed contact people, the service I got was very good! The two "fair" ratings are an average of the lack of communication from the first contact person and the good communication from Jim Couts.
