Mr. Sholtes completed 20 years of service with the Naval Construction Force (SEABEES), and retired as a Steel Worker Senior Chief, E-8. In addition to his experience with the SEABEES, Mr. Sholtes has more than twenty years’ experience in project management, quality control, and project safety arenas.
